I'm trying to use Norton Online Backup. It's been running now for 45 minutes and it says "Transferring 20%". Why is this taking so long and why do my backups keep failing?
At the moment, I have NO valid backup to restore should my system fail. Performance is horrendous.
All other applications on this machine work - so why not NOLB ??
