Norton Backup (Cloud and Local Backup) do not seem to backup subfolders (and their files) after a certain number of levels of subfolders. Is this correct or should it backup ALL subfolders? Seems to occur at 4 level of subfolders.
@Quentin1 – I got a very similar situation. After about a month of back and forth, Level 2 admitted that other users had the same problem and it should be fixed in the future, but they could not say how the fix would be available or when. I get the same problem on both Windows 10 and Windows 11.
I suggest either waiting for a fix or finding an alternative to Norton since Cloud Backup does not work as advertised (at least on level 24 or 25 to date) and their support is poor.
Having said that, I could be wrong.
@Quentin1 – I should tell you what I decided to do. I am using OneDrive and a USB connected hard drive to back up things once a week. I guess I’m just optimistic enough to think they may fix this problem before the next time I have to pay for the subscription. If they don’t fix it by then, I’m thinking of using something called iDrive which looks pretty good.
