I have Norton Basic version 22.17.3.50 when i start the windows i must waiting 2 minutes to Norton starting.
When I click on the norton icon program is starting.
My Windows version is Windows 10 Home 1903
Another setting to check is in the Norton startup manager. Some systems have fewer system resources and take longer to boot then others. Check your settings per the screenshot below, disable items that load at boot-time which really do not need to load at boot-time.

Daniel do you have your Norton boot time protection set to aggressive as in the screenshot?
I have disable fast startup but this doesn't work Norton is still start very slow
Hello Daniel. Your screenshot shows the Windows Defender action center which isn't an accurate indication Norton is actually doing its job. One thing that will cause software to load slowly is having fast startup ENABLED in your power settings. Please DISABLE that setting following this guide. Once set please reboot and recheck for Norton finishing its startup in a more timely fashion. It MAY take more than one restart since Norton most likely isn't getting a full data release prior to fast startup being disabled. Let us know if this helped.
