Norton Billing Information

Why do I get an error message "The server is not available at this time. Please try again later. If this problem persists please contact technical support." when I try to go to the Billing Information page from the Norton Management account?

I'm still having the same issue.  The server is not available at this time.  Please try again later.  If this problem persists please contact technical support.
