Norton blocking computer access "SHARINGD" What do I do?

My MAC is constantly having a Norton window pop up asking me to allow or block a computer connection. I have no idea what it is. Any help appreciated. 

"The computer "fe80::b09b:dcff:fe60:dbc7" attempting to access sharingd on your computer do you want to allow this connection?

"fe80::b09b:dcff:fe60:dbc7" is an IPv6 address of a computer that may or may not be on your local network.

Maybe check your Router's pages to see what devices are connected to the router. You may find that IP listed.
