hi, unfortunately i have just had to remove Norton security off this computer as no one could get past the Norton firewall which blocked everything and i couldn't even inform Norton themselves. i hope that the program writers will look into this as it began as a slowing down and malfunctioning which i did system restore for until a few days ago when windows told me IE couldn't connect it was being managed by Norton firewall and virtually rendered my computer useless. i have read others having similar issues previously when i used an alternative computer but there was no way to sort the fault out. i am disappointed as the program had worked well to this point. i hope someone listens and sorts the program glitch out.
