Norton subscriptions automatically renew to provide continuous protection. Automatic renewal ensures you maintain uninterrupted access to your service without worrying about expiration dates.
If you prefer to turn off automatic renewal, follow these steps to change your renewal settings on your account page.
Steps to stop your subscription from automatically renewing
Sign in to your Norton account .
On the My Account page, select the My Subscriptions tab
Find the subscription you want to manage.
Click Cancel Subscription Renewal or Manage Renewal next to your subscription.
Next to Plan Renewal , click Unsubscribe .
Select a reason and click Next .
Note: Norton may present options and offers to encourage you to keep your subscription.
If you still want to cancel, click No thanks, cancel my subscription , then click Next .
A confirmation message appears. Allow up to 24 hours for this change to appear in your account.
Instructions for Japan
If your order number starts with AP or NP , or if you have Norton 360 Standard Plus , follow the steps above to turn off automatic renewal for your subscription.
If your order number starts with SY , visit this page to turn off automatic renewal for your subscription. You will need your original order number and the email address used when you ordered.
Your original order number appears in the email Norton sent you when you first completed your purchase, and with every renewal.
If you cannot locate your order number, check how the charge appears on your credit card statement. If it appears as “ノートンストアjp”, follow the instructions for order numbers beginning with SY . If it appears other than “ノートンストアjp”, follow the instructions for order numbers beginning with AP or NP .
Important information about stopping automatic renewal
Your subscription will continue through the end of your already paid subscription term. After that term, the subscription will end and will not automatically renew.
The change typically takes a few hours to take effect after your request.
When you stop your subscription from automatically renewing, you may lose any benefits associated with automatic renewal subscriptions.
If you have already been charged and want to request a refund, contact Member Services & Support .

Clearly speak the word “agent” three times into your phone when the automated voice finishes speaking.If the system asks you to clarify your issue, ignore the options and continue repeating “representative” or “operator.”
By repeatedly signaling that you want human assistance, the system’s algorithm will automatically route your session or call to the next available live agent.
