I have recently purchased NIS 2011 and migrated from kaspersky. When i try to create rescue tool iam unable to do so. I have even connected with chat support of symantec who tried for 2 hours but didnt work. Dump file is attached herewith rename the extension to png. I am having win xp 32bit sp3. 2gb ram.can some one help
