Norton Bootable Recovery Tool: Application error

I used Norton Bootable Recovery Tool but i didn't  work completely when I got notice: NBRT: nbrt.exe Application error. The instruction 0 x 71ee3b37 referenced memory at 0 x 00000000. The memory could not be read. Click OK to terminate the progress. What I should do?NBRT detected a risk (OptimumInstaller), and then it encountered the error. I used Norton Power Eraser but my computer is still slow.
