Norton Bootable Recovery Tool/Ghost SRD --No 64-bit network drivers support

Would like to know from Symantec if/when they will make the Norton recovery tool/Symantec recovery disk support 64-bit network drivers.

The WinPE/Norton recovery tool will not auto update virus definitions before scanning in WIn 7 64 bit systems (as it does not support 64-bit network drivers).  The recovery tool in 32-bit systems will load the network drivers and update the virus definitions.

On a similar issue, this 64-bit deficiency with the WinPE/SRD in Ghost 15 also prevents loading of 64-bit network drivers.  You are out of luck if you need to access a network drive in the recovery environment from a 64-bit system with no 32-bit drivers.

It would be nice if Symantec would let users know if a fix is in the works for this.  If not, they should clearly state the recovery environment does not support 64-bit network drivers.
