i spent a few hours downloading it, selected "CD/DVD" and a prompt keeps coming up saying "CD/DVD writer is not available".
uh, yes it is... every other program on the planet can detect it!

i have a toshiba satellite A665. not a rare model. it shouldn't be hard to figure out.
i'm able to do it on a thumb drive, but still... annoying.
