Norton Bootable Recovery Tool run in UEFI Windows 10

Normally, Windows 10 is set to UEFI Enabled and some other things set a certain way.  What must be done if one wants to run Norton Bootable Recovery Tool on a UEFI capable, Windows 10 computer?  Also, normally Windows 10 has no Boot Options Menu the way Windows Vista machines do, so not know how to make Windows 10 machine skip Windows and boot to CD, "THIS ONE TIME".  Not interested in all that set of crazy steps to boot into windows and go through so many steps to change from Windows to the C.D.

If it be important, laptop Dell Inspiron 55??  (using wildcards because I do not remember the last two digits there).
