Norton browser update helper

Keep seeing events of a failed update install. I think of the Norton Secure Browser.

Okay have temporarily fixed this.  Norton's own Tamper protection was blocking this update from completing.  I turned Tamper protection off and waited for the next attempt to install to complete (tries about every half hour).  Now event log says it completed.  Tamper protection now back on.

BUT THIS STILL NEEDS A FIX, both to install this update and any future ones.

Of course no idea what this product "Norton Update Helper. Product Version: 1.8.1649.5" does.
