So I had The AVG Free edition on my computer and it found 2 Trojans in my c:\Recycler folder... the problem is that AVG said the files were too large and it could not delete them... so last week I went out and purchased Norton 2009 Antirus, updated, and ran it, hoping that norton could delete them... it found one virus and removed it, but did not find the two in the Recycler folder... The C:\Recycler Folder is a hidden folder and from what I have heard, the only way to get to it is in safe mode but I can not figure out how... every time I go into the recycler folder in safe mode, it shows in the properties that there are MANY files in there, but I can not see them... so I can not find the individual files to delete them manually... The sole reason I purchased norton was to find and Delete these files but it was not able to even find them... I re-installed AVG back on my system and it shows both virus' still there... I know at least one of them is a Keylogger because someone keeps accessing my accounts and I would really rather not reformat... anyone have any suggestions?
