I need some help. I thought that I went to a proper site to download CCCleaner, but instead picked up a Chinese sourced Malware called Oursurfing. It hijacks Explorer's homepage address and Norton has found after each time that there is a virus, Trojan, installed. I have tried Norton Erase, reinstalling Norton and rescanning, etc. It is interesting to see that after some time that Norton's Sonar doesn't work and also that there is problems with Live Update working. I checked on line and it seems that oursurfing is extremely hard to remove from the computer, looking at non-Norton sites. But all these sites wants me to download their removal tools (with a cost or free) and they look dubious. I cannot find anything on the Norton site that mentions oursurfing, but it is real!
