Hello

No. I just used my time on CCleaner and GlarySoft. On Defrag and Repair my Registry database, because i just worked on remove all elements from all other Security software, and deleted it. Atter that i runned the Norton Remove and Reinstall tool. And restarted. I just run CCleaner Registry update. (1243) items needed to be repaired after i just edited in the registry database, but HEY! i got it fixed :)

Here is a simple guide to people if it happens for other:
1. Go to your registry database and delete all other Security software stuff: Example F-secure or other.

2. Download and run CCleaner - Go to Registry repair tool

3. Download and install GlarySoft utitlies, and run the Registry Defrag

4. Now go to CCleaner again, and run the registry repair tool

5. Download Norton Remove And Reinstall tool.

6. Press Remove & Reinstall. (NOT! just remove, it will do so you need to do all the steps again!)

7. Now go and install Norton Security!

8. Be in your protection, and take care for your computer with the nice Norton Security! :)

Best regards Simon.

Good news. Did Malwarebytes clear the issue? Whatever the solution please mark the thread the appropriate post that solved it so others may see the solution.

I got it fixed, YAY Real Protection! :D

Best Regards Simon

Simon 360 Total Security is known garbage as you stated. Download and run Malwarebytes to remove the parts of that program keeping your system stuck in a gooned up mode. https://www.malwarebytes.com/
