Hello,
I've filled both forms with the relevant information.
Can you please install the file and tell me if all is OK with it.
You might get what we believe to be the false positive though.
Hi again
If you have the file installed and receive any alarms from Norton, can you please supply the specific details, thanks.
Please check your Private Messages.
Quick response from Symantec Security Response following submission of the suspected false positive:
We are writing in relation to your submission through Symantec's on-line False Positive Dispute Submission form for 'Laxius Force' being detected by Symantec Software. In light of further investigation and analysis Symantec is happy to remove this detection from within its products.
Hello,
several players have reported Norton finding a "w32 spybot worm" on the following link:
http://perso.monaco377.com/t_king/Laxius_Force.exe
that happens to be a game's download.
The trouble is, the link is clean - even Symantec's scan agrees on it. And so do Kapersky, Avast, Mc Afee etc.
One of the players using Norton even scanned their own computer with Norton only to find it was clean, despite Norton's original alarm.
How is it possible to solve this major problem?
This is awesome.
Thanks for your support and help. :)

Hi Indinera
Can you advise what was the 'original alarm' received, and did it come from scanning the file, during /after install? Any details would be helpful.
The file appears clean when doing a N360 right-click scan.
Also, you can submit a suspected false positive to Symantec here, or submit a file for analysis here.
Thanks.
