I have a number of customers that have Norton internet 360, and I find that the program is changing permissions on a folder in c:/ProgramData/foo/bar which then causes my app to error, giving something like this in the logs.
System.UnauthorizedAccessException: Access to the path 'C:\ProgramData\Aercon\Web\PondInfo.xml' is denied
