I bought Norton 360 in 2010 and since then they started Auto renewal without my consent. I did not know this and I bought another product of Norton and paying for that. Recently I noticed that Norton is charging me every year since then by just sending me an email that if I do not cancel, they will charge my credit card. This is Rip off as generally we do not pay attention to those emails and just delete it. Auto renewal should start ONLY if we deliberately apply for it and it should not be on Auto Mode and the responsibility should not be on the customer to cancel it.
I talked to support and they just want to give me one more year of subscription and that's it. This is cheating and immediately should stop it.
Can some body let me know how to go about it.
