Norton Chat and Cookies

Hello, I am using M/S Edge as my browser. I am trying to access help via Chat, which I have never had problems with before. However when I hit the Chat now button after getting my Case No., nothing happens. I am informed if I do not see a pop-up Chat window, that I need to enable cookies on my browser - which I have done. Still nothing happens. I have tried another browser - Firefox - which has not helped. Advice, please.

Also be sure your have turned off any ad blocker extension, and also turn off any VPN when trying to access chat.

I Sign'd In to my Norton account -> Chat Now -> 
I click'd "Manage my account" -> "Something else" and type'd "Live Agent" until ChatBot Kate reply: "transferring you to a specialist for further assistance".
