I have now been on my 4th visit to chat to resolve this 8504, 104 and just left in limbo!!! I have hung up or disconnected from chat. Stop stuffing around, can you fix it or not? I have had registry played with, I have had root scanning done, I have had program code changed, I have had 7 NRT sessions, and ITS NOT FIXED.
