I am writing this post with desparation. I have use Norton for several years now and i am a satisfied customer but not for this following weeks as my internet banking has been blocked by the bank due to virus or spyware or might be malware attacked my pc. The IT expert (from the bank) recommended me to use others virus scan and in fact other antivirus did detect some of the virus. Everytime i run Norton full scan it did checked the trojan or virus (i can even read it when the program running i.e: Backdoor.Rustock A, Trojan Peacomm, Infostealer.snifula.A and many others) but norton didn't detect any one of them. It only detect the cookies only but not virus or trojan.
Could anyone please help? I have paid this software but it seem it did not worth it as it didn't protect my pc or even did not detect the virus or trojan as threats.
