Norton Clean crashes on start up

Hi Folks,

Whenever I start Norton Clean, it crashes on start up.  Any ideas?

Hey Peter,

Thanks for the reply and sorry for the brief explanation.  I'm running MacOS Big Sur 11.6.  It starts Photos, but not Music, then crashes.

What device and OS version are you using?

Try going into Android Settings - Apps. Scroll to the Norton Clean app and clear the app cache and app Data. Restart the device. 

Then test to see if things work properly.
