Norton Clean for android Apps should show up under "view junk files", there are no apps listed once I checked them. I want to unchecked an app so it will be excluded from clean.
The Norton Clean app checks your device for empty folders, or cached or temporary files. That is what the Junk Files will show and clean for you. On my phone, I have only seen system cache and empty folders listed.
It is not designed to clean the app caches as you do in Android Settings. So individual app caches do not get cleaned. Therefore you do not need to exclude them.
