Norton Clean wird für meine Geräte nicht angeboten

Hallo zusammen,

Wir haben 4 Geräte
Nexus 5x, Pixel C mit 7.1.2
Nexus 5x, Pixel C mit Android O

Auf keinem der Geräte ist es möglich, Norton Clean zu installieren, da die Geräte laut Google Play nicht kompatibel sind.

Was kann ich tun?

I heard back from my contacts. Unfortunately Norton Clean is not supposed to be available in Germany at this time. This does not explain what you are seeing, as the app should not even show up in the German Google Play Store. Are you using a VPN to navigate to the Google Play Store so you appear to be in a different country?


Ich hörte von meinen Kontakten zurück. Leider darf Norton Clean derzeit nicht in Deutschland zur Verfügung stehen. Das erklärt nicht, was du siehst, da die App nicht einmal im deutschen Google Play Store erscheinen sollte. The devices are all not gerootet. And all by the company Google. It is correct, that all devices are operated in Germany

Die Geräte sind alle nicht gerootet. Und alle von der Firma Google. Es ist korrekt, das alle Geräte in Deutschland betrieben werden.

My contacts have tested with similar devices to yours and have not seen any trouble installing from the Google Play Store.

Have you rooted your devices? 

Are you in Germany, or some other German speaking country? It could be a local issue with the Google Play Store.

And what about the devices running on the official version 7.1.2?
 

I have asked my contacts about that. They have tried it on an emulator for version 7.1.2 and it seemed to work. They are going to contact Google to see if there is some problem on their end.

Hi, We have 4 devices Nexus 5x, Pixel C with 7.1.2 Nexus 5x, Pixel C with Android O On none of the devices is it possible to install Norton Clean, as the devices are not compatible according to Google Play. What can I do?

 

Unfortunately there is not much you can do if Google Play store says an app in incompatible with your devices. I'll ask my Norton contacts if they have any information about compatibility with your devices. I will let you know if I hear anything.

EDIT

The devices with Android O would probably not be supported because that is still in Developer's Preview. No beta operating systems are supported by Norton products.
