Great that Norton want to charge me for the “upgraded” Cleaner halfway through my annual subscription, even though I’ve already paid for it. What a great company, I won’t bother again.
What Cleaner are you referring to? If it is one of the add on subscriptions Norton is always pushing, you are only being charged for that new product subscription. You are not being charged again for your 360.
If you don’t want to pay for added features, just ignore the prompts.
Thanks, the version I am on is asking me to subscribe to the updated cleaner and I can no longer access the original application that was part of my subscription. My renewal isn’t until January
Are you referring to Norton Utilities? If so, an older version, I believe it might have been version 6.x.x., has not been available for some time. Users have been recommended to upgrade to the latest version.
What you are seeing is probably one of the many Norton promotion popups for their different product offerings. You are free to ignore the offer and if you do want to upgrade, you can decide on that when your current subscription expires.
