I understand that norton cloud black is available only on Windows, however on Android I can view my backup set, but unfortunately is impossible download files, right? If so, I think this aspect should be absolutely improved.
Thanks for confirming the fix.
Thanks peterweb, now it works fine. I hope norton cloud backup gets better and better and new features added.

The latest version of NMS is supposed to have the fix for this. Check for ver 4.8.0.4545 in Google Play and let us know if the issue is fixed for you.
I too have sent logs. Let's see what they can find.
Thanks
I've just sent the logs. Thanks.
It would help if you could send Logs to Norton for this issue.
Open the NMS app and tap the three bars at the top left. Tap on App Settings, and scroll down to the Logging section. Turn on Enable Debug Log. Then continue using your device until your issue happens again. After the issue has happened, go back to the Debug Log setting and turn it off, then tap on Send Error Report with log files. In your submission please include "forum 'your username' " in the Case ID section of the report. Also include a link to this thread.
If you do send logs, please let me know and I'll notify my contacts to look for them.
Thanks so much peterweb.
I just reinstalled NMS on my tablet and I see the same thing you are. I'll pass this on to my contacts and let you know when I hear anything.
NMS v 4.8.0.4542 - I select the file (pdf, txt, docx...) in the backup set, at the request to download it I answer yes, but nothing happen.
What version of Norton Mobile Security,NMS, do you have? I do not have the backup listed in my NMS, as I have it activated on a dedicated NMS subscription, that does not show the additional features from the 360 product subscription.
What kind of file are you trying to download? I was able to download a .doc file from my online backup using my iPhone.
Também acho cara concordo com você.
Sorry I meant Norton cloud backup.
