Now my device information when I login to my account online, wont show up at all. It is saying I do not have norton installed on any devices and cannot access anything regarding my devices or account on norton.com. Norton, I hope it is down, because you are finally fixing your device page back to the way it used to be before this update to your remote management page. It's been nothing but unstable since the update and lacking to show on and offline status, etc on devices under my antivirus program. I cannot even access my subscription page or anything now. See screenshot attached. Can someone please explain what is going on? I have Norton installed on three computers. No, not all computers are in my home either.
