NORTON Communication re additional products

In the last several months Norton has been sending various things to me regarding addition services. The explanations are very poorly done and I am now, with so many messages re additional services etc., confused and now wonder if I have sufficient coverage and just what I do have. Many of the messages are not communicated in a way to give understanding of just what is being offered and why. I now feel very insecure with this situation and would like an explanation in Standard English of what is essential and what is not as well as a list of services indicated this.  

they have offers they send out ( email or other means) for add on services or features ( take your pick)

what is being offered are more or less a optional thing and not required to maintain your device(s) security or functions

varies by which version you have what extra there are

main thing is to keep your 360 up todate with patches/builds and updates

 

 

What is essential is Device Security in your Norton 360 plan. Everything else is non essential.
