Connect Safe will not let me access iwin.com, the games site. I looked at the detailed info and it says there's no identified risk but it is barring access to a 'malicious site'. I subscribe to this site and cannot even access their support centre because of this block I emailed Norton but got no response. Anyone have any idea how to get round this problem before I uninstall Norton completely?

There is no email support any more. There hasn't been any email support for a few years now., You can get support by using this website or you can have a chat or you can make a phone call for support. If you are getting a ConnectSafe warning, it is not related to your installed Norton Security product. It is a separate DNS service offered by Norton that is set up either on each individual device or in your router.
