I am soon to be a former customer of Norton and have turned off my automatic renewal. I have contacted Norton several times and talk to many support techs and supervisors. I have heard (repeatedly) that the "Devices" page is not accurate. They have apparently been working on this for a long time. One manager told me that in order to identify my devices I had to deactivate them all and then reactivate them again. this took quite a bit of time because the computers are not all the same building. And now the "Devices" page and the "Services" page do not agree on how many devices are activated! AND NEITHER PAGE IS CORRECT. As a result I cannot activate all of the computers I had activated before!!! Norton takes up more of my time than any other single piece of software. Their techs (I hope) get paid for this time. I do not. I am now forced to take time to find another company for antivirus support. I quit Norton several years ago because of horrible customer service. After several years passed, they seem to get their act together. So, I used them again for several years now. But they can't seem to get things right; all they do is apologize for not getting things right; and they can't seem to deal with the simplest of questions.
I remain,
