I haven’t submitted a report because this incident doesn’t fit the false positive or false negative descriptions.
The dangerous URL (mikitahealth) was detected and it is dangerous - Norton360 did its job; nothing went undetected.
The fact access to the dangerous URL was made through a button on a URL Norton correctly deems safe (MIC) is the problem.
