As you can see I'm watching a twitch stream, and It was lagging so I went to process manager and norton was like that. Previously I restarted my pc because norton said there was an update and had to reboot. After I did that it was like this. Never happened before. I'm on w10 and disabling auto protect doesn't seem to do any difference.
