I sent a link to my fathers tablet:

for Norton and Norton Utilities Premium, to utilise my remaining licence.
However, though they both downloaded and installed without error. Whenever I try to start either of them, I get an error that it crashed.
I have tried to contact Support from my laptop via 'Live Chat', but that doesn't seem to work!
While you are there, see if you can start the new installation of NMS and then tap on the three bars at the top left of the NMS . If the number of days remaining is not shown, then tap on Sign In and sign into your Norton Account to activate the full version.
I shall grab a screenshot of it tomorrow when I visit.
I understand you sent the invitation to the other device to install NMS. But you say

What error are you seeing?
According to Norton:
Extend your protection by installing Norton on other PC, Mac, Android, and iOS devices. Send a download link via email or text message, or copy the link to share later.
First point is that Norton Utilities will not work on an Android device. NU is only designed for Windows systems.
