Hi,
I am having terrible trouble with Norton Save & Restore and Norton Ghost 14. When I attempt to restore my drive I get the same error on both products.
I started with Customer Service and have ended up in Research and the guy who was helping me gave up and said Engineering would contact me. It hasn't happened. I've been back onto the Floor Manager in India and hopefully I maybe contacted today (I wont hold my breath).
I asked. for a name so I could let someone else know my dissatisfaction, I was given an email address which I had already been given, I told the manager I required a name, he said it was against company policy.
All I want is to do is complain to someone in the UK or USA.
Perhaps you can help by getting someone to contact me.
