Norton dark web monitoring shows 1 alert, but when I log in it says I'm safe

When I open "My Norton" on my Mac, Windows and iOS devices, it says I have "1 Alert". When I log in to my Norton account, the box labeled "Dark Web Monitoring" also shows "1 alert" and it displays it in orange. When I click on "Review Alerts" it says "No New Alerts: Good news, you don't have any alerts or notifications to review". What the heck? I'm puzzled as now I don't know if my info is in the dark web or if the orange "1 Alerts" is just an error in the program. It was all working fine until I added a 4th device (iOS). Just to be safe, I changed the passwords for the info I entered in the "Personal Information" section to be monitored. I still get the warning on all of my devices that there is "1 alert". I'm using Norton LifeLock 360 with the latest versions installed. My Macs are running Catalina v.10.15.7 and my iOS device is running v. 14.2
