Norton detects Trojan.Zeroaccess!inf4 in services.exe, also repeatedly detects Bitcoinminer

Today Norton began to block threats from Trojan.Zeroaccess.B, Trojan.Gen, Trojan.Gen.2, and Trojan.Zeroaccess.C, and prompting manual removal of Trojan.Zeroaccess!inf4 from c:\windows\system32\services.exe. Additionally, Bitcoinminer is repeatedly blocked and quarantined. I suspect that these two problems are related, as they started at the same time.

I tried to use Norton's Removal Tool and Power Eraser, but they did not detect anything. From what I gather, the fix seems to be quite complicated and I would appreciate any help.

My system is running 64 bit Windows 7 Home Premium w/ SP 1. Looking at similar threads, it looks like I'll need to use a flash drive to run removal tools. I do not currently have a flash drive on hand, but I do have an 8 GB SD card. Will that be a sufficient replacement?
