Norton Device Care is installed on my Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra. However, the app itself doesn't recognize that the phone is protected. I have an active Norton™ 360 with LifeLock™ Select Plus subscription (which comes with up to 10 devices) that just renewed automatically. I shouldn't have to pay an additional $3.99 to protect the device. (The Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra can't even be found by the Norton Device Care app to add a plan anyway.)
How do I get the Norton Device Care to recognize (and protect) the Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra phone it's installed on?
There is not a lot of information here on the Device care program. I would suggest that if you just renewed your 360 subscription, it may take a little while for the Device Care system to get connected to your current subscription.
The 360 renewals are usually taken up to 45 days before the expiry of the subscription. So if your original subscription's expiry date has not yet passed, you may have to wait for that date.
You might also be able to get some clarification from Norton Support. www.norton.com/contactcs If using the chat function, as soon as you can enter any information, enter "agent please". That will get you out of the chat bot and connected to a human.
