Running Android OS version 14 on Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra. Attempting to get "Norton Device Care - with Nort" on Google Play Store, but it says, "This app isn't available for your device because it was made for an older version of Android". Therefore, I cannot download the app.
Does anyone have any knowledge of this situation? Is Norton upgrading to a newer version of the app? Or is the Device Care coverage now included in Norton 360? Thx!
Hello. Per this Norton article your Galaxy S24 Ultra is not listed as a covered device. Although, it states "and more" you would most likely need to contact customer service to find out directly from them. The device care app support e-mail is: feedback@nortondevicecare.com . The last time the app was released/updated was Aug 6, 2021 so its already going on 3 years without an update.
