I configured the firewall to allow only specific physical addresses to join the WIFI network. I believe that is preventing Norton's VPN from initialization. I'm not blocking any ports. Is Norton's VPN using a specific physical address? If so, what is it?
The VPN client does not use a different physical address. If you were able to join the Wi-Fi network and use it without the VPN, you should be able to use the VPN as well. If you temporarily disable your firewall rule, does the VPN start working again?
Note, if you are physically located within India you will be blocked from connecting to one of our VPN servers. (Please see https://community.norton.com/en/forums/accessing-norton-secure-vpn-india as to why)
