I've been being billed for both Norton Anti-Virus and Norton Internet Security for awhile. Automatic renewals and everything. Recently, my computer started acting up (and how). After a few days, I decided to run Norton to see what the problem is.
Except now Norton is no longer there.
I don't know when this happened, but I've been paying for the service and it says on my account that the renewal was made and paid for, and I have the email confirmation as well. But the product isn't there.
The customer service is completely unhelpful and gives me the runaround. While making obscene comments and death threats to Nathan the Virtual Support Agent is quite fun (me and my immature personality had quite a bit of fun uploading the results on Facebook), it doesn't actually do anything to resolve the issue at hand. I can find no place on the site that actually gives me the instructions I'm looking for.
I want to figure out (without the hassle of dealing with someone over the phone) how to download the full product without paying for it, since I've ALREADY paid for it. I would also like to be reimbursed for the last 3 months (I was last billed in December, and come to think of it, I haven't seen Norton run on this computer since then), but just getting the product onto my computer and working is the number one priority for me.
