I would want to buy Norton 360 v21. I received the 50% discount for testing the beta version. But I have a problem: the offer only applies to United States and I live in Spain, and I can only pay in euros. Is there any way to take advantage of the discount?

I'm sure Yank is right to contact OnLine Support via the CHAT route. I know another beta tester located in Israel had this problem and posted about it in the then Beta Forum and with help from Norton Staff here got it sorted out so he could pay. In his case he had a US account he could pay with but the system would not work because of his location, if I remember correctly.
So don't give up on this.
Since your installation has expired I wonder if you can install a download and get some protection during the trial period but please do something while sorting out the discount.
