Issue abstract: Norton displays a Window that Splashtop (remote access) cannot see so users have no idea why their buttons and input fields on screens don’t work.
Detailed description: The window is visible on the remote computer but it is invisible to Splashtop users (accessing PC remotely). The Splashtop user gets very confused because buttons and input fields don’t work because they lie under a window which is invisible to them!
