That doesn't look like something that is being corrupted by DNS. The service shouldn't have any effect on your display. Is it also corrupted if you change browsers?

Yes, I've tried open skydrive.live.com into IE9, FF21 and latest Chrome.
Under these web browers site looks the same until I hit "Continue to site Beta" button in Norton DNS Malicious Web Site Blocked page when I enter to sfx.ms domain.
After that SkyDrive website display as should without any problem.

Hi,
I'm still suspicious of the site. If you can contact someone there it might be useful
http://p.sfx.ms is accessed several time as a user's skydrive.live.com page is opened. Blocking it will not allow the page to render correctly. (BTW, in the meantime BitDefender has also flagged the domain as malicious.)
Switching to my hosted ISP (Cox) will allow the page to render. Switch back to SafeConnect and it renders as shown by PietroPete above. This is demonstratable with 100% repeatability not just on my systems but on those of two friends serviced by other ISPs with various flavors of Windows and browsers incuding a QtWebKit one.
The blocking/rendering issue has been attested to at answers.microsoft.com and Wilders Security. It is possible the domain is not in use globally by Live and thus not all SkyDrive users might be affected.
As to who or what is "suspicious" will present an interesting shootout by parties involved. :-)
