Norton DNS is not blocking Adult or any harmful content

Hello 

I have a router CISCO LINKSYS E900.

I have setup its DNS1 : 199.85.126.30  and DNS2 : 199.85.127.30 but I am not able to block any of the adult websites or any other harmful content.

please help me.
