We have good news. As has been reported by several customers, there was a problem that arose where customers who were using Norton DNS experienced a very slow experience with YouTube. We have received confirmation from Google that this has been corrected. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank everyone for their patience. This was due to an issue where YouTube was not properly taking into account the geo locations for the Norton DNS servers. This led to content being redirected from locations further away from the individual machines location, thereby increasing transmission time.
If for some reason you still are encountering a problem, please let us know. We will need to collect some information in order to track down the problem if it continues to exist.
