Norton doesn't detect a threat

I shouldn't be worried if Norton doesn't detect a threat..but for a long while, it used to detect Tracking cookies.But now it doesn't detect anything.

Norton is currently updated and is running on a VIAO Windows 7. 

Can someone help me!?
