Norton don't give a **bleep** about their customers

I am on my 3rd day of trying to get anyone at Norton to give a **bleep** about the fact that installing NIS has destroyed my laptop.

Having a 24/7 chat line for support that they THEN CLOSE BECAUSE IT IS OUT OF HOURS?  What a joke.

Why both having this website and forum?  Why not just a big sign on the website saying -  **bleep** you suckers, we and your money and we dont care?

 

Would be cheaper and that is clearly all they care about.  It would of course be honest, which I am now understanding is not the Norton way.

 

A disgrace.  The worst treatment I have had from anyone in years.  In what appears to be the unlikely event that anyone working for the company cares enough to read these forums I can only suggest you get a job working for a company that cares about customers - if they dont care about customers they will not care about staff, and will **bleep** you over just the same as they do us.  Good luck.
