Okay, so last night Norton decided it needed to be reuploaded because there was an error, right? So I do that, but I'm downloading it right now and it's stuck at 68%. This is the third time sense last night where it's been stuck here and I even left my laptop on and it still wasn't done by the time I woke up.
Can someone please help me?
