This happens so often.
Norton Identity safe goes down.
Nothing on Norton website to say there are any problems. God forbid Norton shows they are having a problem!!!
Would be nice for the worlds leading virus software company to have a link on their website showing if their system is having any issues.
It would have saved me two hours of trying all things that Norton advise you to do on their website, like restart your computer, sign out and sign in again, use the norton removal tool and reinstal your program. Make sure your program is activated etc ect NOTHING ABOUT YOU HAVING A PROBLEM ahh duhhh !!!!
Then when you want to chat you have to wait another 30 minutes.
Probably just to hear " Oh sorry for the inconvenience, but we are having technical issues"
WHY NOT PUT THIS ON YOUR WEB PAGE FOR US TO SEE !!!! ?????
